CA Need-Based Tuition Assistance Policy and Guidelines

Please read our policies and guidelines before applying for Tuition Assistance. Once you have logged into your account, click on the Resources tab to begin your Tuition Assistance application.
Independent school education is a costly yet beneficial investment. Often, families seeking to provide their children with this opportunity are concerned about their ability to afford it. Clarksville Academy understands this concern and works with family’s ability to provide their children with a CA education.
Clarksville Academy offers tuition assistance applications to families with students in grades K-12 who have completed the Admissions process (Pre-K students are not eligible). Clarksville Academy Tuition Assistance is based solely upon demonstrated financial need. In Blackbaud Financial Aid Management a student’s Calculated Need is based on the family’s Household Contribution to Education (HCE). The system uses verified financial information submitted by the family, then applies Blackbaud’s calculation:
Calculated Need = Student’s Tuition (or Allowed Educational Cost) − Allocated Household Contribution to Education (HCE).
Families should expect to contribute to their child’s educational expenses to the greatest extent they are able, given their economic situation.
Need-Based Tuition Assistance fee is $55 or $65 for IRS integration. Tuition Assistance funding is limited.
All families applying for CA Tuition Assistance must also complete an EFS application and submit proof of completion to the Admissions office.
Families Interested in Tuition Assistance for 2026-2027 should contact admissions@clarksvilleacademy.com before filling out the application.
